Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio

Mass Masonry Wall Reconstruction

The roof structure was temporarily shored while deteriorated masonry was dismantled to sound construction. The wall was rebuilt to its original full depth and the remaining elevation was tuckpointed.

Historic Brick Wall Reconstruction

Unstable brick was selectively removed and reconstructed with compatible replacement masonry and Type O mortar appropriate for the historic brick construction.

Thermal-Movement Crack Repair

Cracked brick was replaced, step cracks were tuckpointed, a full-height control joint was installed at the window jamb, and perimeter sealant was renewed.

Fort Thomas, Kentucky

Historic Chimney Reconstruction

Following lightning damage, the chimney was dismantled to the roofline and reconstructed. The original stone cap and ornamental clay flues were preserved and reinstalled.

Lintel & Flashing Reconstruction

Original brick was salvaged, deteriorated lintels and failed flashing were removed, and new lintels, through-wall flashing, termination bars and end dams were installed before the brick was relaid.

West Chester, Ohio

Limestone Ledge Replacement

Deteriorated projecting brick rowlocks were removed and replaced with new limestone ledges, restoring a durable finished surface while respecting the entrance monument’s character.
